8. Limitation of Liability

PulseDash is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
